Recreational Gymnastics for Girls & Boys
Some say the benefits of gymnastics are physical – increased strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance – while others praise the emotional benefits of concentration, goal setting, confidence, and self-esteem. At Olympus, we know that, without a doubt, both are true. While we have gymnasts who have trained to National Titles & NCAA scholarships, we take great pride in those who have continued on to soccer, field hockey, diving and track scholarships, medical school graduates, and leaders in business and politics. Former Olympus gymnasts have founded their own gymnastics schools and work as gymnastics judges at National Championships and here on our staff as well!
However we take the most pride in seeing our former students walk back into our door, bringing their own children here for instruction. Discover for yourself why former students want their children to be part of the Olympus family.

Tot and Me (Boys & Girls)
Ages 1-3
Tots: Beginners (Boys & Girls)
Ages 3-5
Participants 3-5 years old with no formal gymnastics training should enroll in this class.
This class is designed to teach beginning skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline for boys and girls ages 3-5 years old.
Tots: Advanced (Boys & Girls)
Ages 3-5
BY INVITATION ONLY
Girls and boy’s ages 3-5 years old are invited to Advanced Tots once they graduate from Beginning Tots. They will perfect skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
Bronze
Ages 5+
Participants with no formal gymnastics training should enroll in this class.
This class is designed to teach beginning skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline for girls ages 5 and older.
Silver
Ages 6+
BY INVITATION ONLY
Girls ages 6 and older are invited to Silver once they graduate from Bronze. They will perfect skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
Gold
Ages 6+
BY INVITATION ONLY
Girls ages 6 and older are invited to Gold once they graduate from Silver. They will build on previously learned skills and perfect skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
